Blue and Yellow.... The Perfect Combination in More Ways than One!

 The Huggins Family,
This shoot was one of my favorites for many reasons. One, because I love the combination of blue and yellow, two because spring was just starting to show up when we did this shoot, and three because our kiddos are both just a couple of weeks apart from each other. I enjoyed this shoot immensely. Even though spring was a little late, this family brightened up the scene with smiles, laughter, and a splash of color!

Thank you Tyler, Candice, Madeline, and Meg. Too precious.

Uniquely Perfect

Hannarose,
Oh! The fun of baby sessions! You wait till baby settles, get her positioned, re-settle her, and snap as many photos as possible until the process needs to be repeated, which isn't always a long way off. Here is the most recent little cutie I was able to get some shots of. She was simply a blast during her session and as cooperative as she could be. She reminded me so much of my Wesley when he was just a wee sprout. It was much easier for me to just sit back and reminisce about those days when he was little than it was to do what I was supposed to be doing. That was my "momminess" flowing out! My little guys attended this session with me. While Evan slept Wesley helped us entertain Hannarose during the shoot. What a sweetie, and what fun memories!

Beautiful Baby Girl

Little Elizabeth,
This precious little girl was almost a month old during this shoot. I don't think she could decide if she was tired, hungry, just right, or none of the above at the time :), but we caught a couple cute pictures of this pretty little lady. She couldn't belong to two more loving parents either!! Thanks Scoggins family for a brief glimpse into your happy home!

A Handsome Little Man!

Baby Clint,
This was the first opportunity I had to take pictures of a baby other than my own. Oh I have to admit, as a mom to two little boys, the little guys have a special place in my heart. Clint was having an off day, but was so extremely patient and cooperative during his shoot. What a keeper!! I love seeing babies make their little fists and all their boxing moves, and he had a few, and the world of discovery that takes off in the life of a little one. Here are just a few of my favorites from this session.

No One Like Sister...

The Stoutenbergs,
A beautiful summer evening at Big Ridge State Park was the perfect place to capture these sweet sisters. We took some pictures and played a little and had a great time capturing some silliness as well! These girls have a bond that will only get tighter as they grow. I enjoyed being able to reflect back on days gone bye with my two sisters. When I shot this I was 4 months pregnant with my second little boy, so when I made it home after this shoot.....I took a nap! :)

Bubbly, Beautiful, and Bursting with Energy

The Busby Family,
What better way than to spend a summer evening than doing a session with this fun family! Great times and great memories! Thank you Busby family for all the energy and fun you brought with you to this session. Looking forward to our next family session featuring...... the BOAT!!
